500g Honey
Sourced from the urban fringe, our hives collect nectar from a wide range of plant species throughout the year. Flavour and colour vary depending on the flowers available, however, the honey is consistently delicious!
Common species that contribute to our honey include Paperbark Melaleuca, Pink Bloodwood, Ironbark, Stringybark, Bluegum, Ivory Curl, Syzygium, Clover, Banksia, Grevillea, and Acacia. Of course, there are many more common flowering garden plants and even weeds and grasses that provide forage for our bees. These nectar sources are blended into beautiful, tasty, raw honey by our bees, and collected throughout our honey season by the beekeeper.
The honey is extracted and lightly filtered ready for bottling. It is raw honey and never heat-treated (pasteurised) as this can damage the flavour, removing the beneficial bioactive components in the honey.
We believe fresh is best. So our honey is as fresh, pure, and untreated as possible, to bring you delicious honey with all its natural benefits.
