WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Consumable products (such as honey) cannot be returned. However, if you have an issue with a product please contact us and we will endeavour to address any issues we can.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We do not offer Gift Cards. However, if there's something specific you have in mind please do not hesitate to get in touch to see if we can help you with your idea.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payment on order pick-up or delivery (for any delivered item). We also accept PayID, direct bank transfer, and most cards using a Square point-of-sale service.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY USUALLY TAKE?

We are a local small business and our delivery range is limited to the Gold Coast region. We do several delivery runs each week and aim for fulfil orders within 2-3 business days. Some special orders may take longer than this. Beehive deliveries are done overnight, and depend very much on the weather, so these could take a week or more if conditions are not ideal.

PICK-UP, DELIVERY, AND SHIPPING

We offer 2 simple options:
1/ Local pickup from the farm gate at an arranged time

2/ We deliver to your door within 15-20kms of our business.
